    Key responsibilities include:

    • Supporting the CHO (Chief Health Officer) and collaborating with other senior members of the Health and HSBC Life Business to execute the strategic plans to exit TSA and develop capabilities to drive business growth.
    • •Drive best practices and deliver Health center of excellence through regional capabilities.
    • Driving the vision of the value streams and all sub-streams in its scope, SVS's backlog of capabilities, features and epics including prioritization and any strategic decisions required to ensure TSA OKRs are met.
    • Working closely with distribution, product and operations teams on customer journey design and solutions.
    • Ensuring successful delivery of SVS OKRs including customer outcomes and OKR tracking.
    • Ensuring Target Operating Model fit & optimization as per business need.
    • Actively support delivery lead and market activation lead in applying a structured change management process and using tools to create a strategy to support change adoption
    • Provide active support and input in change impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify potential areas of resistance, assist with removing roadblocks to minimize impacts to successfully deliver SVS/ TSA OKRs
    • Actively support delivery lead and market activation lead in defining launch approach to minimize service disruption to the business during transition and maximize colleague and customer adoption
    • Ensure actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
    • Ensure a robust post-implementation support phase including successful handover for smooth ongoing management in BAU
    • Create a culture of collaboration in a high-performing environment by breaking down organizational silos, positive team dynamics and a focus on the overall well being of team members at all times
    • Drive collaboration with the broader HSBC ecosystem, leveraging synergies across different business lines and geographical regions to maximize the value of health insurance as part of the universal banking offering.
    • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization within the health insurance business, contributing to overall value creation for the franchise.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to the CHO, INSP management and board of directors on SVS performance and strategic initiatives.

    Job requirements:

    • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, resilience and influencing skills up to senior level executives, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and management skills with experience in establishing and managing a wide range of projects, across multiple work stream teams and stakeholders of different levels, cultures, and operating models.
    • Role modelling a positive work culture based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity and collaboration leading to increased productivity.
    • Proven ability in developing and managing high performing teams with clear vision; focused on orchestrating the strategic change agenda and driving tangible customer outcome.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferable with extensive experience (12 years+) on product development, sales and distribution and deployment activities preferably in a digital environment and in the Insurance / Health / Bancassurance industries. MBA or similar qualification is an advantage.
    • Strategic thinker with strong customer centric, analytical and innovation mind set and practical experience of major business transformation, including large scale project management execution experience.
    • Experienced in the insurance/health services market, its competitive environment and a strong understanding of digital health tools and the value chain in the healthcare segment
    • Banking Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the banking industry, including familiarity with banking products, customer behavior, regulatory considerations, and the competitive landscape within the banking sector.
    • Strategic Planning: Experience in strategic planning, insurance market analysis, and business planning and development to effectively map out opportunities for maximizing the insurance company's franchise value within the bank.
    • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills. Ability to present complex strategies confidently and concisely to Leadership teams and key external stakeholders.
