Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible to ensure day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and checking all accounting related entries submitted by stakeholders are accurate in the system.

You will act as the intermediaries between Singapore local colleagues and Korea HQ colleagues within the organisation for daily reporting, to facilitate communication and enhance system functions.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

AR retail sales, collection and reconciliation
AR Non-Retail / Non-Trade, collection and reconciliation
Bank statement reconciliation and reporting
Back-End collection creation and refund processing

FINANCE SUPPORT & REPORTING

Reports and support/ liaise with colleagues in Korea HQ
General insurance coverage
Payment terminals arrangement and followup
Ad Hoc tasks/projects assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Able to read, speak and write Korean Language to liaise with colleagues from Korea HQ
Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Business preferred
Meticulous and analytical
Business acumen and finance savvy
Intermediate or advance level competency in Microsoft Excel
