Our client is a well established Luxury firm and they are currently looking for an Accountant to join them.

About the job

Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be mentoring a team of 3 executives. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of financial reports, conducting variance analysis on accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing cash flow and treasury functions, participating in budgetary exercises, liaising with external consultants on various matters, identifying operational improvements, and upholding internal controls. Additionally, troubleshooting operational software and handling any other assigned tasks diligently are part of the role. The ideal candidate is one who is tactful, has supervisory/leadership skills and is able to work independently.

Skills and experience required

You should possess a recognised Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in external audit would be an advantage.
