Service Supervisor/captain - Singapore - FUN EMPIRE CULTURE AND ENTERTAINMENT MANAGEMENT CO. PTE. LTD.
Description
Working Hours: 44hrs/week ; 5 days per week including weekends & PH
Location:
Suntec City
**Salary: Up to $2800/month
Duties:
- Manage the guest reservation system
- Set table according to type of event and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relations with the team
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in PointofSale System (POS) which relays orders to the kitchen
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
- Perform cashiering duties
- Any ad hoc duties as request by Manager
Requirements:
- Preferably with 5 years of F & B experience
- Good communication skills and a Team player
- Good interpersonal and guest service skills
