Key Responsibilities and Duties*- Lead the planning and delivery of the strategy that will help clients achieve their business objectives

  • Lead Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with customers based on the analysis of campaign performance insights and recommendations
  • Support customers on the management of budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Prepare and present ad hoc analysis to inform campaign management
  • Consult, train and coach client staff to fully leverage proprietary advertising platform and Metasearch Channels, all constantly evolving products
  • Spot digital and travel trends to provide actionable insights to our clients and feed into DerbySoft's own PR efforts
  • Identify and advocate for platform continuous improvement that drive clients and DerbySoft's success.

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Leading and managing experience in SEM/SNS (Experience using GTM)
  • Experience in using Google Analytics and GA
  • Business Level English
  • Native Japanese or Business Level (JLPT N2) Japanese
  • Intermediate Chinese is a plus
years of professional experience in digital marketing

  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns (SEM, Display or Social)
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure campaign performance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent English communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Excel

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the travel and hospitality sector
  • Experience in startup or high growth businesses
  • Understanding of hotel revenue management
  • Google Analytics and Adwords Certifications
  • Experience working in crossfunctional teams, coordinating various actors towards one common goal
  • Proficiency in Google GSuite (Gmail, Drive)
  • Experience identifying business needs to design new products and services
