Hiring Background:
We are new start up looking for the right candidate to assist the company to grow.
Workscopes:
Accounts using Xero accounting software (reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts)
Quarterly GST submission
Office Administration
Assist in procurement
Coordinate with representative in Shenzhen China
Familiar with application of agencies's grants
Assist director when necessary
Requirement:
Accounting concept
2 years of hands on booking keeping experience
Basic HR knowledge
Personal assistant experience
Excellent in Microsoft Office
Familiar with Google Workspace
Absolutely able to work independently
