- Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
- Prepare or renew minutes of Directors' and Shareholders' meeting as well as Director's and Shareholders' resolutions for specific transactions.
- Manage a portfolio of companies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and guiding junior staff.
- Attend clients meeting.
- Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Corporate Secretarial.
- Minimum 4-5 years of Corporate Secretarial experiences.
- Minimum diploma qualification.
- Ability to prioritize and meet the deadlines.
