    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our client is a rapidly growing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practice with multiple outlets across Singapore and the APAC region. We are dedicated to providing high-quality TCM healthcare services to our patients, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team.

    Job Responsibilities:


    • Understand the evolving hiring needs of our growing TCM practice and effectively manage stakeholders to ensure hiring strategies align with our business expansion goals.


    • Spearhead recruitment efforts for all outlets, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.


    • Manage clinic rostering to optimize staffing levels across multiple outlets and ensure seamless operations.


    • Oversee leave and employment management, including maintaining employee records, processing leave requests, and managing contracts.


    • Collaborate closely with clinic leaders and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities and support them throughout the hiring process.


    • Lead HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, employee engagement, and professional development opportunities.


    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip clinic staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care.


    • Proactively address customer satisfaction by implementing strategies to improve patient experience and promptly resolve any service-related issues.


    • Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in clinic operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.


    • Continuously assess and update operating procedures to reflect changes in industry best practices and organizational needs.


    • Ensure proper maintenance of existing operating procedures and facilitate the creation of new procedures as needed to improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
