Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and passionate Club Manager to meet our rapid expansion needs. The opportunities for growth are tremendous, with more clubs opening in Singapore


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday operations of the club,
  • Ensure delivery of excellent member service,
  • Develop the business activities by building strong relationships with members, build new lead generation plans and identifying new business opportunities,
  • Grow, mentor, manage, and train members of your team,
  • Be prepared to take on extra duties, development, and problemsolving tasks as necessary,
  • Conduct daily club activity summary calls to ensure achievement of daily sales targets,
  • Provide strong leadership that models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintains high personal visibility within the club,
  • Ensure the club achieves the operational KPIs and targets,
  • Ensure operational frameworks and standard operating practices are being implemented consistently,
  • Assist in accounting and financial reporting to our senior managers.
  • Must have more than 5 years experience of leading and managing teams; experience in the fitness industry is a requirement,
  • Good leadership skills with a successful track record of developing people and spotting talent,
  • Excellent knowledge of the industry and operational challenges,
  • Able to deliver real improvement able to get things done, strong influencing skills,
  • Good communication skills with all levels of the business,
  • Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams,
  • Clear, logical, and analytical thinker,
  • High standards, get the basics right,
  • Local knowledge and experience and/or cultural sensitivity
