Description

This role is responsible for:
- master data maintenance in SAP
- due diligence screening of vendors and customers using in-house system
- support with treasury related matters and all other matters assigned

Responsibilities:

Liaise with various internal and external business partners to ensure the accurate and timely creation of vendor using NAVEX and customer master data in SAP.
Formulate regional master data maintenance policy to ensure proper controls for vendor and customer creation/maintenance.
Support Treasury function in the following:
Assist with day-to-day treasury management activities
Report preparation for cash pooling, intercompany loans.
Assist with the administration of bank account opening/closing.
Prepare monthly reports
Handle any adhoc projects as assigned by Line Manager.

Skills and Experience

Degree/Diploma in Accountancy
Min. 34 years of experience in Accounting and/or Treasury, preferably with MNC exposure, preferably from Consumer Goods / FMCG industries
SAP experience will be an added advantage
Able to work independently in a matrix business environment and manage tight deadlines
Good interpersonal skill, team player, meticulous and fast learner
