Responsibilities:
- Attend to residents' requests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage facilities bookings and ensure they are carried out smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and vendors
- Respond to and follow up on inquiries and complaints
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the concierge desk and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customeroriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
