- Analytical thinking to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You'll be responsible for the sales and strategic planning of marketing and development initiatives across various sectors, including Institutions, Community Bands, Military Bands, Church, Dealers. The overarching goal is to achieve consistent growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while supporting dealers in meeting their sales targets.
