- Provide a high standard of personalised service to patients during breakfast, lunch, dinner & tea break services and also water services in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Involved in setting up and providing food service for meetings and functions.
- Assist other tasks whenever necessary in other section within FNB Department.
- Check all pantry equipment and mise-en-place.
- Carries out mini bar checks, charges and stock replenishment.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Minimum Secondary education with a pass in English.
- Preferably with two years relevant experience in Food and Beverage industry.
- Able to speak, write and read English and preferably be able to understand one or more local dialects.
