    Vinora, a brand new e-commerce and wine distribution company in Singapore, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Part-Time Wine Sales Representative to join our team. We have secured exclusive distribution rights for a captivating range of wines from a renowned French supplier, and you'll play a key role in bringing these treasures to the Singaporean market.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, and independent retailers across Singapore.
    • Present our exclusive French wine portfolio with passion and knowledge.
    • Secure new clients and negotiate sales agreements.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
    • Attend industry events and tastings to represent the company.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support.

    Skills & Experience

    Functional/Technical

    • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, contacts, and sales opportunities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating presentations, proposals, and reports.
    • Ability to utilize basic email marketing tools and platforms for communication with clients.
    • Familiarity with wine industry resources and databases (e.g., Wine Spectator, Wine Business Monthly) is a plus.

    Soft skills

    • Has a genuine interest in wine and a basic understanding of different grape varietals and regions.
    • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Is a confident and persuasive presenter.
    • Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively.
    • Has experience in sales, ideally within the F&B industry (a plus, but not mandatory).
    • Is fluent in English and Mandarin (highly desirable).
