Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:
Prepares sales and purchases contracts according to deal recaps.
Implements the contracts through preparation of required internal and external documents. Coordinates with all concerned parties to ensure all shipments comply with internal requirements, operating standards and relevant regulations.
Monitors vessel status and sends updates to concerned parties. Gives voyage order, documentary instruction, appoint inspectors and inform insurance company if needed.
Checks freight invoice and endorses Management and Finance for approval and payment.
Maintains timely and accurate records.
Co-operates with Finance/LC team to ensure and/or negotiate letter of credit terms, ensuring LC to be issued smoothly.
Any other duties as assigned by the management.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Experience in trade operations is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferably to be able to start work within a short notice
