Responsibilities:


Shipping Operations:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of shipping processes, including arranging transportation, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of shipping activities.
  • Monitor and track shipments, addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to gather necessary information and resolve shippingrelated inquiries.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels.

Translation:

  • Ensure translations maintain the intended meaning, tone, and context of the original text.
  • Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy and linguistic quality.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in English and Chinese languages, both written and spoken so to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
  • Proven experience in shipping operations, administration, and translation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and translations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures.
  • Certification or formal training in translation or related field.
