What will you do?


The incumbent will provide direction and supervision to support equipment / instrument calibration and performance in compliance with cGMP, EHS, Data Integrity and regulatory requirements for the new sterile manufacturing site.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and complete the routine calibration for the site utilities systems, production equipment, control systems, etc
  • Work closely with the maintenance engineers and production team in problem solving effort to identify / define and root cause, evaluate alternative solutions, and develop action plans.
  • Establish calibration procedures/SOPs and good documentation system to ensure quality assurance operations.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results/critical metrics. Provide training and coaching to colleagues to buildup their competencies
  • Cooperate with internal and external audit team.
  • Support thirdparty vendor who is contracted to perform routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and any other maintenance related activity.
  • Complete routine calibration works as scheduled and in compliance with Engineering standards and safety procedures
  • All GMP documentation related to maintenance and calibration activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion in compliance to data integrity requirement

Requirements:


  • Degree in Engineering
  • 5 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in managing a team of technicians.

Capabilities (experience, skill and competency)

  • Able to work in a fast pace and a regulated environment
  • Able to plan, schedule, organize, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance, project activity using Maximo CMMS.
  • Strong understanding of facilities systems related validation / GMP requirements.
  • Strong solving skill and a good knowledge of different RCA tools.
