Supervise daily marine activities such as dredging, reclamation, and construction.

Ensure project tasks are completed on time by coordinating with project managers, standardizing operations, and reducing downtime to uphold quality.

Maintain and repair marine equipment, liaise with technical teams for optimal equipment performance.
Manage maintenance schedules and keep updated with the marine technological advancements.


Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Maritime Operations Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in Marine Construction, Vessels, Shipyards or similar field.
Min of 1-2 years of vendor/contractor management experience.
