    Roles & Responsibilities

    Store Assistant | Warehouse Assistant | Clementi

    • Working Hours: Monday-Friday [ 9am-6pm ]
    • Location: Clementi West Distripark [ Clementi ]
    • Salary: $2,000-$2,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of store assistant experience

    Job Scope:

    • Issue, picking & packing of spares etc. according to order confirmation for local and overseas shipments.
    • Ensure timely delivery.
    • Inform shipping department once goods are ready for despatch;
    • Responsible for receiving incoming goods, unpacking, uncarting, and subsequent storage, checking against packing list and inform discrepancies.
    • Ensure adequate stock of all packing materials and warehouse consumable supplies.
    • Housekeeping of the warehouse.
    • Monitor stock level and recommend replenish of stock and inform shipping dept to issue purchase order to third party suppliers for missing items.
    • Proper labelling of stock.
    • Involved in periodic and annual stock taking.
    • Keep all the information and documents confidential and file documents in order.
