Description
**Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the F&B sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
**This is a 4 months contract position, non-renewable/convertible.


Responsibilities:


  • Compiling and delivering monthly reports, HR metrics, and tracking data for the company's different departments.
  • Managing and updating employee records in the company's HR Information System (HRIS)
  • Drafting of various HRrelated documents (eg. employment contracts, adjustment letters etc.)
  • Assisting the HR team in promptly addressing employee queries/concerns, and providing guidance/advice on HR policies.
  • Assist in the company's HR surveys, projects and activities.
  • Assist in the company's general HR functions (eg. recruitment, onboarding, training etc.) All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in any field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience
