Accountant - Singapore - SINTEC OPTRONICS PTE LTD

Description

We are looking for an accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting and transaction processing functions in the company. Full-time and part-time position available.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full spectrum of accounting and transaction processing functions (GL, AP, AR, audit schedules, etc), cashflow management.
2. Ensure proper book-keeping, track all transactions, and perform data entry into the accounting system.
3. Perform day-to-day financial transaction record and reconciliation, including verifying, clarifying, computing, posting, and recording data.
4. Manage and handle fees calculation, payment processing, reimbursement, etc. to ensure payments are made and received in a timely manner.
5. Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as suppliers, external auditor, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretary, and government authorities where required.
6. Perform statutory and periodical submission of GST, CPF and employment income record (IR8A).
7. Assist with year-end financial audits and the preparation of month/year-end accounts and statutory finance statements.
8. Able to do full-set accounting for manufacturing/wholesale trade industry.
9. Prepare financial reports, aging report, Statement of Accounts, etc.
10. Provide Admin and HR support such as payroll, leave records, employee benefits, etc.
11. Possess strong organization skills, detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
12. Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
