    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description


    • Engage with Clients for business opportunities & conduct client portfolio management


    • Conducting Fact find analysis and understanding the needs and wants of the clients


    • Keeping up to date with the financial markets, investment movement trends, market sentiment/conditions


    • Good knowledge on Financial Products and services offered by our company & identify prospective targeted audience


    • Lead/Client Generation via Referrals, Events, Roadshows, Cold-Warm Prospecting


    • Managing the Expectations of Clients


    • Mentoring and Managing a team

    Requirements


    • Minimally a Polytechnic Diploma or Degree


    • Prior 1 or 2 years working experience in sales or business development B2B or B2C.


    • Good proficiency in English and Mandarin


    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport


    • Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure


    • Fast learner and goal-oriented mindset


    • Highly motivated and self-driven
