    Roles & Responsibilities

    Overview: The Marketing Executive serves to support our SG business to grow the company in the Asia market, ensuring leads and sales targets are met. This is an exciting, diverse role providing the opportunity to work across a wide range of marketing functions.

    Reporting to: Marketing Manager Australia & Managing Director Singapore

    Key Responsibilities:

    General Marketing

    • Plan and execute digital marketing plans including LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook Advertising, website content updates and landing pages.
    • Owning our organic socials & content creation including video, photography and graphics with support from agencies.
    • Driving the email marketing strategy. Including brand EDMs and assisting with email automation.
    • Report on insights and data within Salesforce and HubSpot.
    • Collaborating with the sales team that contributes to lead generation and conversion, ultimately driving revenue growth. Upload Leads from events into Salesforces.
    • To assist in achieving sales revenue towards the Channel Partners target by December 2024 through new marketing content, new website and partner portal.
    • Analyze conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure a positive impact and revenue.
    • Liaise closely with the Marketing, Web Development and Design team both locally and internationally.
    • Assist in the coordination and planning of events and exhibitions.
    • Report on event insights and data within Salesforce and Hubspot
    • Always uphold company values and policies
    • Ad hoc duties and other tasks may be assigned within reason and deemed fit by your manager.

    Qualifications / Skills:

    • Tertiary Education majoring in or relevant field
    • Experience or a solid understanding of LinkedIn and Google Analytics
    • Understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
    • Experience working with HubSpot is not required but would be an advantage
    • Strong communication skills
    • A 'can do' positive outlook with a strong team focus
    • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • High attention to detail required
    • Copywriting with strong grammar, punctuation and proofing abilities
