Roles & ResponsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. Accounting Clerk are typically responsible for reconciling bank statements, developing financial reports, preparing taxes and using accounting software (eg Autocount) to keep track of all financial transactions within a business. Periodically, they may gather information to perform audits.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
1) Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
2) Competency in MS Office
3) Proven accounting experience as an Account Receivable Clerk or an Account Payable Clerk
4) Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
5) Data entry and word processing skills
6) Accuracy and attention to detail
7) Conversant in English and Mandarin
