    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Head of the wholesale department is responsible with supervising the diverse operations within the division.

    This role entails the achievement of the annual sales budget, devising sales strategies, identifying, and developing products, establishing pricing and risk management policies. Additionally, the division head is accountable for implementing internal controls to uphold the key performance indicators related to receivables and stock turnover.
    Ensure achieve sales and profit objectives by planning individual targets with Sales Team. Analyse historical sales and overall stock position to plan out weekly or monthly offers.

    Develop competitive pricing policy and creative sponsorship package to attain sales targets.

    Plan and administer various sales channel's stock to achieve sales and profit objectives. Participate in Company's monthly production order and review of stock holding.

    Provide technical support to dealers.

    Perform margin and credit sales on sales. Monitor AR positions of dealers. Oversee Sales Team's collection efforts.

    Resolve any issues with dealers to collect outstanding owing.

    Lead in development, implement and follow up of marketing programs for dealers.

    Organize Dealers' event, provide Point of Sales support and create Social Media awareness.

    Manpower planning for Department.

    Verification and approval of team's claim. Verification of commission payable to Sales Team.
