Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling full spectrum of APAC talent recruitment
- Support HR function in Southeast Asia operation
- Sourcing the right talent, arranging interview and assist Hiring Manager on recruitment needs in SEA region
- Assist on organizing APAC colleagues onboarding/training programs
- Support associates by providing needed HR services in SEA region.
- Establish wider hiring channels by expanding the recruitment network
- Manage initial screening & interview arrangement, reference check
Requirements:
- Degree in HR
- Good employment law understanding
- Experience in talent acquisition
- Good communication skills and experience in recruitment
