Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years installing AV equipment
• Minimum 2 years' experience specifically dedicated to configuring AV equipment
• High level of experience on site implementing knowledge gained during technical training courses to the extent where multiple areas of individual expertise can be identified
• Experience in the role of supervising or managing the day to day activities of small teams of engineers

Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, System Cabling, AV System Installation, Rack Build, High Standards, Crestron & Biamp Certifications. Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent

Primary Role Specific Responsibilities

• Directly oversee the Installation, Configuration and Testing of AV Systems on both assigned works and where required other project sites
• Update technical documentation
• Continually develop the process of Presite system staging configuration and testing
• Continually develop the process of System commissioning and handover and implement that process across project sites
• Ensure all works are completed to Cinos internal standards
• Excellent / Accurate interpretation of any provided technical documentation to ensure on site install works are carried out correctly and accurately
• To ensure the termination and connection of all cabling and equipment is carried out to the highest standard, labelled, and installed neatly in accordance with standards
• Design and produce testing processes and testing process documentation for factory acceptance, system acceptance, and user acceptance testing. (FAT, SAT, UAT)
• Plan and Supervise Presite system staging configuration and testing and complete any associated acceptance testing documentation
• Follow up directly any issues or technical questions with manufacturers

Other Responsibilities

• Assist where required in support escalations
• Completion of on/offsite tasks delegated by Project Manager
• Review and advise on necessary changes to system design drawings
• To be fully involved in all onsite installation activities without exception where assigned. This may include any first or second fix tasks in advance of configuration works
• To provide feedback in the form of project completion reports or lessons learned sessions
• Complete regular project status reports for both internal and external use

• Excellent approach to teamwork
• High level of understanding of technical documentation provided as part of a project works package
• Always maintain a professional approach to client / customer interaction
• High level of knowledge and experience around Audio Visual install practice and standards
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Understanding of company structure and process management
• A good level of commercial awareness
• Willingness to look for continued improvement in all works undertaken

• Ability to work as part of a wider on and offsite engineering team

• To look after and be responsible for all company property in your possession and to report any loss or damage immediately
• If responsible for a vehicle, ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and checked for serviceability on a weekly basis
• To report any road traffic accidents or convictions you receive to the Director, immediately on enforcement
• Willingness to work overseas if required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the Companies policies and quality standards as well as those set externally for our industry
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the Company's standards
• Must be able to lift and carry items in line with WSH guidelines
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
• Ability to work at heights safely and use supporting equipment safely and in line with current policies and procedures

Salary:
$3, $5,000.00 per month
