    Team Introduction

    Ads Core Bidding and Budget team is chartered to build key bidding strategies and automated product for tiktok global monetization. Iterate bidding and budget pacing algorithms to sort out the best matching traffic and ensure delivery stability. Optimize the delivery efficiency of automatic delivery products to lift performance compared to manual delivery. We gather outstanding talents to build the world's leading solution.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for the optimization of international advertising client-side delivery problems, and provide strategies, models, and productized solutions for long-term problems such as cold start, stability, and ecosystem;

    Responsible for technology of international automated delivery products, to optimize the efficiency and performance of customers to the extreme;

    Responsible for the optimization of international bidding strategies, and apply cutting-edge technologies such as RL to upgrade the underlying algorithms;

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer or related, familiar with at least one language in C++/Golang/Python;

    Familiar with the advertising auction mechanism, with rich relevant experience; have strong data analysis ability;

    Better machine learning/deep learning theory and practical experience, familiar with common machine learning algorithms;

    Publishing articles at the top conference

    Pursue the ultimate in doing things, have a strong sense of curiosity and enterprise, strong self-motivation, and in-depth understanding of the business;
