Description

Responsibilites:

Create daily schedules for collection and delivery routes, optimising efficiency and minimising delays.
Address any issues that arise during collection or delivery promptly and effectively.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other expenses related to trips.
Organise regular training/ toolbox sessions.
Perform cross training for team members.
Schedule regular maintenance for all vehicles in the fleet, including inspections, servicing, and repairs.
Ensure that all team members complete required safety training courses.
Monitor the performance of team members and provide feedback as needed.
Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of collection and delivery activities.
Approach problems with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
Be prepared to step in and fulfill the duties of other fleet supervisors in their absence.
Develop protocols for responding to emergencies such as accidents, breakdowns, or severe weather conditions.
Lead investigations into incidents or accidents involving fleet vehicles.

Requirements:

Min ITE holder/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
IT savvy (Words / Excel / Power Point) minimum
Possess class 3 driving license
Off on alternate Saturdays
Independent, selfmotivated with good coordination and communication skills Able to work in fast paced environment; Team oriented and dynamic
