    Within our network of eldercare centres island-wide, the goal is to provide appropriate and affordable eldercare service to families who are in need of day care for their senior members and relatives.

    We provide a suite of integrated services and programmes which include social day, dementia, nursing and respite care, along with Rehabilitation programmes such as physiotherapy and occupational therapy, wellness programmes and transportation. Through these services we hope to provide the finest service to the elderly in our care.

    We are looking for a Senior Care Partner to join the team.

    As a Senior Care Partner, you will oversee all elders living under their dedicated household in the nursing home and help them live a meaningful life by empowering them whenever possible to participate in daily living and providing direct personal care when needed in line with our philosophy of care.

    Responsibilities:

  • Assist nurses in performing simple nursing tasks (e.g., feeding, toileting, showering) and monitor elders' health status daily.
  • Ensure elders in your charge are engaged cognitively, physically, recreationally & socially so as to promote relationship building among other elders.
  • Prepare tea break for elders and assist in simple housekeeping tasks.
  • Assist Care Manager in simple admin duties and ensure care partners deliver appropriate care to elders.
  • Job requirements:

  • Minimum ITE Nitec or Higher Nitec in Nursing.
  • Confident with transfer techniques: Lifting and transferring residents from bed to wheelchair, and vice versa.
  • Able to work for rotating shifts and weekends.
  • Willing and patient in serving the elderly clients.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, communications, and organisational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in caregiving duties in Hospitals, Nursing Homes or individual parents would be advantageous.
