Description

Responsibilties:

• Offer assistance to the technical department
• Aid in the creation and upkeep of a repair database and the compilation of technical specifications
• Support the preparation of technical reports
• Assist in compiling and tracking technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliverables
• Coordinate with vessels and various departments for the procurement of spares, stores, and contractor services
• Ensure accuracy and systematic maintenance of technical drawings, manuals, plans, reports, certificates, and documents within a database
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma in marine engineering or a related field (preferably maritime or engineering majors)
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
• Demonstrate meticulousness, diligence, and professionalism
• Exhibit strong drafting and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
