    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibility:

    • Supervise multiple team of cleaners inmultiple cleaning projects
    • Train cleaners and team leaders on servicestandards and provide help and guidancewhen necessary
    • Assist in planning work schedules anddeployment of manpower
    • Monitor and follow up on compliance withcleaning procedures, workplace safety andtender specifications
    • Implement operation plans to improvework processes and service quality
    • Interact and handle complaints andfeedbacks and build relationships withcustomers
    • Check cleaning equipment condition
    • Monitor cleaning material stock level andre-order materials when needed
    • Solve operational problems and makedecisions
    • Submit daily cleaning report
    • Facilitate effective communication andengagement at the workplace
