- Handle phone and e-mail enquiries at a contact centre for matters relating to the building and construction industry;
- Provide accurate information to customers in a professional and timely manner;
- Enter information into the Customer Feedback Management system;
- Liaise with relevant parties for follow-up of feedback where necessary;
- Other frontline and administrative duties when required; and
- May be activated to work after office hours when necessary
- Tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 1 year of frontline experience in a contact centre or customer service environment;
- Pleasant personality, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Customer service-oriented
