Make an Impact by:


  • Liaise with stakeholders (including Product managers, marketing, engineering, IS) to finalize billing requirements.
  • Prepare test plan for projects prior to start of testing. This includes defining the user acceptance criteria and designing the test cases.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)Ensure UAT is done within schedule
Record and report defects to IS
Document testing results and update reference documents

  • Monitor progress of testing and provide regular and timely feedback to managers.
  • Ensure a smooth hand over of new system or changes to operations. Support concerns or problems raised by operations staff.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve the efficiency of testing processes/procedure, particularly in the automation of testing process.

Skills for Success:


  • Diploma holder in computer discipline.
