    Description

    Job Descriptions

    • Oversee and provide support to the day to day operations in the company.
    • Follow up with respective departments and serve clients well.
    • Replying emails, data entry and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
    • Provide administrative support as and when needed.
    • Salary Range: $2500 - $2800 (Based on Experience)

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma / O-Level (with Min 1 year Relevant Experience)
    • Prior Accounting / Payroll knowledge is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Able to speak English fluently.
    • Able to multitask.
    • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Able to work in and as a team.
    • Effective time management skills.
    • Effective team coordination skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and administration skills.
    • Proactive and possess strong interpersonal skills.
