Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, completion, and maintenance of projects
- Manage scope and quality in alignment with stakeholders and manage risks and issues along the entire lifecycle and help the team remove blockers and solve problems
- Effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and provide status information
- Drive detailed technical discussions and manage the team to deliver a successful implementation
- Provide effective leadership to the team in solving problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 3 years in project management is preferred
- Strong management skills, including coaching, teambuilding, and conflict resolution
- Experience in Software Development Life-Cycle. Experience in Secure Software
- Development Life-Cycle is an added advantage
- Project management certification like PMP is an added advantage
