Client Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow up with sales leads
  • Manage incoming enquiries via internal system
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Education & Certification

  • Degree, Higher Diploma/Diploma in Business related discipline

Requirements:


  • Proven client support experience with minimum 1 year experience
  • Track record of achieving KPI
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / response to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Required to work base on shift allocated and weekends (either Fri and Sat or Sun and Mon off)
