Based in Singapore, Our client is a large financial institutions.

We are looking for a hands-on SME Azure cloud engineer who is capable of planning and implementing a large scale and highly complex migration of on-premise workloads to Azure for hybrid public cloud services with at least 3 years of experience.

This is a job for someone who has hands-on design and implementation and support experience, building services on multiple migration projects

Essential Requirements:

Extensive experience in design, implementation and support of cloud infrastructure on Azure Cloud.
Demonstrated expertise and experience in migrating large enterprise workloads from onpremise to public/private or hybrid cloud environments.
Experience in cloud components including: Security, Access Management, Storage, Backup, Monitoring, Databases, Containers.
Design, implement, and manage cloudbased systems for the organisation.
Deploy and manage the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate.

Key Tasks & Duties

Responsible for performing cloud engineering duties associated with Azure cloud computing.
Create detailed Azure technical design from architecture solution to ensure that the solution meets requirements
Work with project managers and business analysts across plan and design phases as well as external vendors and customer stakeholders.
Automate deployment, provisioning, and management of multiple Azure infrastructure components using CI/CD pipelines, Terraform and Ansible, including but not limited to virtual networks and subnets, VMs, storage, containers, serverless, VDI, logging, and monitoring.
Perform regular maintenance on all cloud services

Essential & Desirable Criteria

Designing, implementing and managing cloudbased systems for businesses and assisting to debug cloud stacks.
Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal solutions and to educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
Experience setting up and managing Azure based infrastructure and platform services and leveraging cloud native services to define solutions.
