Description

A highly regarded private investment company with a strong record of successful investments in their focus area is looking to expand its team in Singapore at the associate or manager level due to their active growth in Asia.

**Responsibilities: You will actively participate in various stages of new platform investments, add-on investments, divestitures, and related financing activities.

These may include, but are not limited to:

Assisting in the evaluation of new investment opportunities such as market assessment, competitive positioning, initial underwriting, deal structuring, and internal pitching;
Conducting due diligence on potential investments, managing external advisors, and performing risk underwriting and business diligence;
Developing comprehensive and flexible financial models to support deal underwriting and structuring;
Providing adhoc analysis to facilitate transaction negotiations;
Offering handson support to portfolio companies;
Assisting in debt and equity fundraising initiatives.

**Qualifications: - A university degree from a reputable institution
- at least 5 years of equity investment experience with a private equity firm, investment bank or management consulting firm

Proficiency in financial modeling
The ability to work effectively with both internal colleagues and external counterparts is crucial, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to demonstrate a desire to take responsibility for assigned tasks and exhibit a drive to continuously grow and improve.
