- Lead and manage the direct and indirect sales team to execute the sales strategy and achieve sales targets
- Ensure the consistent delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and margins
- Conduct market analysis to identify competitors and develop a strategy to enhance our product offering
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients
- Represent the sales area internally and externally
- Technical knowledge of machines used for separation applications in the environmental industry
- Proven track record in leading direct and indirect sales channels and driving business growth
- Familiarity with separation applications and existing sales networks in the industry
- Customer-centric approach, team player mentality, and hands-on attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and strong strategic capabilities
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
