    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our client is a European MNC, leader in its field. They are committed to the growth opportunities in Southeast Asia. They are seeking a seasoned and energetic sales leader to drive market share for our complete range of separation solutions. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales channels throughout the region, maintaining close relationships with customers, and collaborating with our international team within a matrix organization.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the direct and indirect sales team to execute the sales strategy and achieve sales targets
    • Ensure the consistent delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and margins
    • Conduct market analysis to identify competitors and develop a strategy to enhance our product offering
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients
    • Represent the sales area internally and externally

    Requirements:

    • Technical knowledge of machines used for separation applications in the environmental industry
    • Proven track record in leading direct and indirect sales channels and driving business growth
    • Familiarity with separation applications and existing sales networks in the industry
    • Customer-centric approach, team player mentality, and hands-on attitude
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and strong strategic capabilities
    • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
