Description
Conduct sales training to Digital Sales Team using insight and consultative selling techniques- Breakdown metrics in monthly sales report and provide strategic ideas
- Actively seek out new online sales channels
- Study course materials and able to prepare new product launch to Digital Sales Team
- Advise customers/clients on courses or job skills training by further understanding their needs
- Perform various jobs such as to reply online enquiries, online data entry, and other online projects
- Strong on phone etiquette, as the phone will be the main tool for conversion of sales
- Follow up on any enquiries and assist in course registration
- Participate in team meetings as needed
- Assist in company's marketing activities & plans
- Assist in retail operations for offline and online activities
- Provide professional sales service and advice to customers
Requirements:
- Highly salesfocused to drive sales and be rewarded for success.
- Strong in cold calling and interpersonal skills and be customer service oriented
- Effective listening and analytical skills, able to summarize information and offer solutions
- Able to handle rejection with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with computers and have at least an average working level typing ability
- Excellent time management and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable with a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Achieve monthly target set by company
