Billing Support Executive - Singapore - JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD.
Description
Scope:
- Ensure continuous and regular flow of communications and update on customers' billing clarifications and escalate if required
- To liaise with internal teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues, as well as providing resolutions to address billing enquiries/ disputes
- Support credit note/ debit note/ adjustment and waiver
- Assist to prepare monthly and adhoc reporting to authority / management
- Comply to billing frameworks dedicated to specific project requirements
- Adhere to governance in all billing related matters as well as ensuring it is completed timely and accurately
- Support and assist in projects annual Financial Audits
- Support and assist in adhoc matters and assignments
- Preferably with knowledge / experience in automation (e.g., power automate, UiPath, etc)
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) or is equivalent
- Competent in Excel & Words
- Must be meticulous & have an eye for details
- Good time management and able to work under tight deadline
- Competent in written & spoken communications
- Be a team player
- Customer oriented
