    Job Description:

    The role of the Implementation Advisor (IA) is responsible for on-boarding the GPS clients onto Bank of America products and channels. The F&S IA will have to develop, manage and provide oversight on the end-to-end project management of the client product on-boarding.

    Responsibilities:


    • Implements standard/common Treasury product packages for clients


    • Monitors progress of implementation and/or end-to-end resolution as applicable


    • Responds to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners or clients


    • Drive client implementation timelines whilst aligning with client deliverables


    • Timely update and reporting of deal status


    • Provide update to sales, Relationship Manager, Compliance and Operations when necessary
