Working Location:
Tampines (showroom working environment)


Responsibilities:


  • Handle retail sales enquiry and maintain the experience store appearance
  • Explain product features and introduce our range of products
  • Offer customer advice on how to look for the right mattress and products for better sleep
  • Provide exceptional and engaging customer service
  • Handling purchases, scheduling deliveries, and assist customers in checking out through our online system
  • Basic housekeeping
  • No hard selling required, just introduce product to customer

Requirements:


  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Patient and outgoing personality who is service oriented
  • Well groom and presentable
  • Computer savvy with basic knowledge of excel and ecommerce checkout systems
  • Training provided
  • Low pressure work environment
  • Good communication skills

Remuneration:

  • Basic salary : $2850 $3500 (depending on experience)
  • 6 Days work week (rest day to be arranged by company)
  • Weekday 117pm ; Weekend 118pm
  • Must work at least 1 weekend and occasional Public Holidays
  • Entitled to performance bonus
  • Entitled to annual leave and medical leave benefits
