    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary advocate for the game product, representing both player and business needs
    • Lead the project team, providing guidance and direction, and oversee the development and refinement of game mechanics through prototyping and iteration
    • Analyze and conduct research on player needs and understanding the elements contributing to player satisfaction and enjoyment, especially the first time user experience
    • Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive documentation of the design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay
    • Collaborate with engineers and artists to ensure proper implementation of the game features designed

    Requirements

    • Minimum a bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, economics or other related fields
    • At least 2 years of experience in game/ product design/ revenue/ finance
    • Strong in data analysis and logical thinking
    • Good at mathematics and statistics
    • Critical thinker who comprehends various perspectives and excels at evaluating information objectively
    • Goal oriented, proactive and enthusiastic
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Passionate about playing and creating games
