1 Year Contract Desktop Engineers x 5
**(Renewable contracts)

Working Location:
North, Accessible from Yio Chu Kang MRT


Working Hours:8:30am - 6 pm (5 days work week)

  • Handling delivery of laptops and accessories
  • Updates of asset records in asset tracking system
  • Liaising with staff on appointments for issuing and retrieval of laptops
  • Handling of faulty laptops and log call with vendor to arrange repair of faulty laptops
  • Basic troubleshooting of laptops
  • Tech Refresh Other tasks related to operations related matters

Requirements:


  • NITEC/Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • Proficient in Computer Age Management Services Relevant Tech Refresh work experience
