Customer Service Officer - Bukit Batok, Singapore - ALLIGATOR LOGISTICS PTE LTD
Description
To assist logistics Manager with documentation and shipping arrangements.- Handle LCL/FCL for import/export processing.
- Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are comply with import/ export rules and regulation.
- Manage daily operations and respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Process inquiries and send booking confirmations to customers
- Liaise and follow up with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, transporters and warehouses.
- Liaises with shipping company, customs official, Jurong Port authorities, PSA authorities, transport contractors, and customer to ensure on
- Track shipment status to ensure on
- Adhoc duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE "O" Level/ SPM
- Able to multitask, prioritize and time management
- Detail
- Able to work in 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday after probation)
- Prefer 12 years experience in Customer Service Officer (Logistics)
