Description
To assist logistics Manager with documentation and shipping arrangements.

  • Handle LCL/FCL for import/export processing.
  • Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are comply with import/ export rules and regulation.
  • Manage daily operations and respond to customer inquiries and requests
  • Process inquiries and send booking confirmations to customers
  • Liaise and follow up with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, transporters and warehouses.
  • Liaises with shipping company, customs official, Jurong Port authorities, PSA authorities, transport contractors, and customer to ensure on
- time delivery

  • Track shipment status to ensure on
- time delivery

  • Adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE "O" Level/ SPM
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and time management
  • Detail
- oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn

  • Able to work in 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday after probation)
  • Prefer 12 years experience in Customer Service Officer (Logistics)
