Administrative Executive - Singapore - TEOH & CO LLC
Description
Reporting to the Office Manager, the admin executive will assist in the day to day operations of the law firm including but not limited to HR, finance, logistics arrangement, delivery & collection of documents, file opening, oversee office supplies inventory and any other duties as assigned.
Job Description & Requirements- Admin supports including opening of files and maintenance of records
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence and confidential documents
- Elodgement / estamp documents and conduct title search and other searches via online.
- Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents
- All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned
- Good timemanagement, able to prioritise work and multitask
- Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, serviceoriented and strong work ethic
- Prior work experience at a law firm or training in a related role / function is an advantage
