DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE cum SALES COORDINATOR
JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital and Marketing Executive cum Sales Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the team especially sales teams to create and maintain strong company's presence in the market.
He/ She will be building brand identity/equity, lead generation and customer outreach activities via social media and other marketing activities.
Their work plays a key role in converting consumer interest into sales and sales support function.Key responsibilities:
- Lead and work with external parties from community management to work with the creative team to produce engaging content to maintain or upgrade online activity such as to create EDM, buzz around new/ promotional products, social media and marketing campaigns, contests and execute gamification ideas.
- Be responsible for the digital newsroom, actively seeking out newsworthy content, and reacting to digital alerts from the industry.
- Assist with sales administration for sales support function.
- Develop and grow inhouse accounts via telesales and telemarketing.
- Monitor and coordinate customer information, online conversations and respond to queries to support sales function.
- Assist in Business Development together with Regional or Managing Director.
