The Challenges:
Responsible for

project management from detailed to execution and show calling

Contribute

creative ideas and give inputs on producing various planning and campaign

proposals

Working closely

as a team and independently in the execution of events, providing proper

scheduling of the project timeline to meet clients' objectives

Writing of

proposal pitches, presentations, coordination, and management of the

project

Driving Revenue

Growth and assisting in formulating Sales Strategies

Assist with

preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to superior/team

lead for each event project.

Keep track of

event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting.


What it Takes:
Preferable

2-3 years or above experience

A relevant

Degree or Diploma (Advertising, Mass Communications, Events Management,

Marketing, Business, or Arts) is advantageous

Advertising and

Creative background are a plus

Diligent, Keen

eye for design and details

Independent,

self-motivated and targer-oriented

Good

communications and interpersonal skills

Strong work

ethic, confident and outgoing personality

Team player,

able to work under pressure in a dynamic & fast pace working

environment

Good project

management skills. Ability to develop and maintain respectful and trusting

relationships

Ability to work

during weekends for events or concerts
